1. Why do some of the products have design images & the others photoshoots?

The products with design images are currently being produced & as a result we have not been able to get full photoshoots taken of all the products.

We ensure that the products in reality look far better than those in the design pictures - look at our photoshoot pictures that prove it.

You are going to love your full set ONA collection items.

2. Do you offer free shipping & when will we receive this once off limited edition luxury collection?

We offer free delivery on all orders – no minimum required!
All orders will be processed when our store closes on 20 November 2025.

There is no product like ours in the market & the wait is definitely worth it.
We will not bring the same items back again, these are once off limited edition luxury goods & thats why special attention to the detail is imperative & required. Significantly more time goes into our production and fabrics than for your traditional non-luxury brands.

Deliveries will then be done within 3 weeks. These are limited edition luxury fabrics that require a lot more time to produce. We have put together a luxury limited edition capsule for you & want to ensure a luxurious & transparent process with our ONA customers that are now part of our beautiful community.

3. How do the Sizes of the products work?

Each product has a specific Size Chart relating to that specific product.
Please ensure you carefully select your size by previewing the products size chart before purchasing it.

4. Vouchers & Discounts?

How do I redeem my voucher code?
Enter your code during checkout under “Discount Code.”
If i received a voucher code & there is a bulk order with 20% off what happens?
The 20% bulk order discount will exceed your discount voucher code & be the discount that comes off your checkout cart total. It is best to use your unique voucher code for 1-2 item purchases.
Can more than one voucher code be used?
Only one voucher code can be applied to an order.
Can I use my voucher after it expires?
Unfortunately, expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tags intact.

Email us at orders@vyvergroup to process your return or exchange.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to track the status of your shipment.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, only to South Africa in 2025.

10. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes! Our website uses secure encryption to protect your personal and payment details. We prioritize your security and privacy with every transaction.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

No! Unfortunately not as we are a luxury brand.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. We use Yoco & Ozow as our secure and trusted payment partners. All payments are secure with multiple payment options for your convenience.

13. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
